We Are Focused On Culturing Our Community  Through Charitable Events, Preserving Our Heritage By Educational Outreach  And Supporting Food Security For The Future. We Have Just Created Fermenti. Mountain Farm To Start Growing Our Own Produce, Cut Costs And To Create Jobs While Sourcing Locally. We Are The Proud Fermenting Ambassadors For Sow True Seed And Look Forward To Again, Sponsoring The Annual Fermenting Festival Of Marshall, NC This FALL!

Fermenting Basics-

Fermenti. Will be offering 2 Half Day Classes at this year's 25th Anniversary of the Organic Growers School Spring Conference. Join Us From 9am to Noon Both Days for an Exploration of Fermenting for the Home. We will have a hands on demonstration with a basic "Make and Take", so please bring your own wide mouth pint jar. Kits, Lid Kits, Recipe Books and Finished Ferments will be for sale after the class. We will cover the basics of Brinning and Self Brinned ferments and as time allows we will cover Gardening to Ferment, Using ferments to approach food waste, wild-crafting to ferment, honey ferments, composting with ferments and using whey in ferments.
